Most "founding member" offers are a countdown timer that resets when you refresh the page. So let me explain ours like an agent would, with the actual math.
The offer, plainly
The standard solo rate is $299 a month. The first twenty members lock $199 a month for life. Month to month, no contract. Every feature, every future feature, priority support, and a 1:1 onboarding call with me, the founder.
That last line is why the cap exists.
Why twenty and not two hundred
I am a producing REALTOR building the platform I always wanted. The founding promise is not just a discount, it is access: I personally onboard every founding member, and their feedback gets a straight line into the roadmap. When a founding member says a workflow is clumsy, it gets fixed in days and the whole platform gets better.
I can keep that promise to twenty people. I cannot keep it to two hundred. The cap is not scarcity theater; it is the honest limit of doing onboarding myself while shipping product every week.
