What is new
New leads now route quickly to the right place so they get worked while intent is high. The whole experience was reworked to be mobile-responsive, so the app is comfortable on a phone, not just a desktop. Texting was built to be compliant from the start, with consent handled properly. And email verification keeps your account and your sending reputation clean.
Why it matters
Speed to lead is one of the cheapest edges in real estate, and most agents lose it because they are not at a desk when a lead comes in. Making the product work well on mobile, and making sure outreach is compliant, means you can act on a lead from the car without worrying about either missing the window or crossing a line.
