Today Hive Centra goes live. Version 1.0 is the foundation: a CRM built by a working REALTOR for the way a producing agent actually runs a business, not a generic database with a follow-up timer bolted on.
What shipped in 1.0
This first release focused on the core a real estate business runs on. Contacts with tags and smart organization, so your sphere is structured instead of a flat list. Live comps and a Smart CMA that pulls a defensible price range in seconds. Home value reports you can put in front of any contact. And an import that brings your existing database in without a painful migration.
Why we started here
A CRM is only useful if your data is in it and trustworthy. So the first job was making it effortless to get your contacts in, keep them clean, and pull the numbers you need to price a home and start a conversation. Everything that comes later is built on top of this.
Where we are headed
Version 1.0 is the floor, not the ceiling. The plan from day one has been an AI team that does the work alongside you. This release gets the foundation solid so the agents that follow have clean data and real tools to stand on. More soon.
